A fishing reel must be a perfect assembly of many parts. At the AWA-SHIMA factories every part has been designed by expert engineers using the latest technolgy CAD software, and then machined and tooled by precision cut technology.

This specially controlled production process allows every part to be absolutely perfect, there for offering the best fit possible when assembling with the other gears.

The selection of the best raw materials available to AWA-SHIMA is also a priority.

This allows our engineers to continuously upgrade the quality of our reels by combining special Magnesium and Aluminium alloys that have been developed for Military aerospace projects.

So convinced are we of our production standards that we offer a *3 year warranty* against any kind of production defect.
